Request vaccine certificates or rabies certificates.

After the fee is paid, your records, if we locate them, will be emailed to you.   We do not provide travel certificates, travel-related documents, or health certificates.  If we do not locate your record in our system we cannot provide a certificate unless you provide us a copy of your vaccine certificate from Low Cost Pet Vaccines.  Record keeping is not 100%, so it is very important to not only retain your vaccine certificate (your receipt is a valid vaccine certificate),  but to take a photo of your certificate.
